Key Responsibilities
- Leading client meetings and managing legal matters from intake through completion.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including operating agreements, trust packages, and real estate contracts.
- Conducting legal research and managing workflows using tech-enabled systems.
- Collaborating directly with the firm's managing attorney on complex matters.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in Ohio (or pending admission).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business law, estate planning, or real estate.
- Strong communication skills and substantive writing ability.
Senior Estate & Business Paralegal Assistant
A senior-level paralegal role for an experienced professional who can independently manage complex estate planning and business formation workflows — and who values working at a firm that actually uses modern tools.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in estate planning and/or business law.

- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
