Nicholas founded Costaras Law to give Ohio families and business owners strategic counsel, not just paperwork. He practices by design as a transactional attorney: estate planning, business formation, contracts, and M&A, with no litigation and no hourly billing.
A real-estate investor and small-business owner himself, he gives clients the advice he actually uses, and he stays personally responsible for the legal work on every matter the firm takes on.

We're headquartered in Independence, Ohio, in Greater Cleveland. Most matters are handled by video and e-signing, so we serve clients across Cuyahoga, Summit, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Geauga, and Lake counties, and we're licensed to practice in all 88 Ohio counties.
Nicholas currently handles every engagement directly. Any attorney added in the future will follow the same model: one named attorney on your matter, not a rotating team.
