It means small by design. Every matter is led by a named attorney, not handed to a junior, and we cap the volume we take so that promise holds. We picked three disciplines (estate, business, contracts) and chose to go deep rather than cover ten things shallow.
Northeast Ohio business owners with growing or maturing companies, multi-generational families with real estate or business assets, and real-estate investors stacking LLCs and trusts. If your situation needs more transactional thinking than reactive paperwork, we're a fit.
Yes. Same-week introductions are typically available. We do cap how many active engagements we run at once, so when capacity tightens, we'll be transparent and either schedule out or refer.
We're headquartered in Independence, Ohio, in Greater Cleveland. Most matters are handled by video and e-signing, so we serve clients across Cuyahoga, Summit, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Geauga, and Lake counties, and we're admissible to all 88 Ohio counties.
Currently Nicholas leads every engagement. We expand the team deliberately, so the boutique promise holds. When we do add an attorney, you'll find them on this page first.
