SMS Terms
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms cover the text messages (SMS) that Costaras Law, LLC ("Costaras Law," "we") sends to people who agree to receive them.
The Program
Program name: Costaras Law. We text you about a request you made: to follow up on your inquiry or on a guide you asked for, to schedule or confirm an introduction or a meeting, and to remind you of an appointment.
How You Agree
We only text people who agree to it, for example by ticking the text-message box on one of our forms or in the chat on costaraslaw.com. The box is never ticked in advance. Agreeing is optional, and it is not a condition of working with us or of receiving any service.
Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping Messages and Getting Help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will confirm once, and then send nothing more. To start again, reply START.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@costaraslaw.com or (440) 613-0439.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing in our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
