A boutique team where every hire owns visible work (1)
Why Work Here

A small firm where your work is visible.

We are boutique by design. We focus deeply on three disciplines (estate planning, business law, and contract review) rather than trying to do everything for everybody. We're not a document factory. The matters you touch are real, you'll know your clients' names, and they'll be yours to move forward.

We bill using flat fees, not by the hour. There's no clock to feed, so your day is measured by the work that ships and the clients who feel taken care of, not by hitting a billable hour target.

What We Value

The four values we hire and build around.

Ownership

You run matters, not errands. You'll have a named role on real files from early on, with the responsibility (and the credit) that comes with it.

Direct Client Work

No hiding behind a partner. You'll talk to owners and families directly, learn what they actually need, and watch your work change their outcome.

Modern Tooling & AI

We use AI-assisted research, drafting, and redlining, with attorney review on every output. You'll work faster and spend your time on judgment, not busywork.

Work-Life Balance

Flat fees kill the billable-hour grind. We protect focus, respect your evenings, and measure you on work that ships, not hours logged.

I'd rather train someone who wants to own the outcome than manage someone counting their hours. Small firm, real responsibility, fast.

Who We Look For

People who want responsibility sooner, not later.

Our culture fits best for:

  • Law clerks who want hands-on transactional experience and exposure to real client matters.
  • Paralegals who are organized, proactive, and want to own workflows that keep flat-fee work shipping on time.
  • Associates with an interest in transactional practice (estate planning, business law, contracts) over litigation.
  • Those who'd rather learn fast in a boutique environment than wait their turn at a large firm.
  • Professionals who treat technology tools and AI as leverage, best paired with expert judgment reviewing every output.
